Conference Room Reservations

FWRI conference room information.

Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI) has four conference rooms and one auditorium that are used by government agencies for meetings, seminars, and workshops. If you would like more information please call Janis Magee (727) 896-8626 or e-mail her at Janis.Magee@MyFWC.com.

Karen A. Steidinger (KAS) Auditorium - Room 1005

  • Capacity - 257 (includes disabled seating)
  • 299 total capacity with standing room
  • Audiovisual equipment /fully equipped
  • No teleconferencing capability
  • No food or drink allowed

First Floor Conference Room - Room 1007

  • Capacity - 32 (20-25 with tables)
  • Located directly outside Auditorium
  • Built-in screen, phone access and computer hook-ups
  • TV/VCR (channel 4 for video), overhead projector, slide projector, flip chart w/markers, and extension cords

Third Floor-A Conference Room - Room 3002

  • Capacity - 35 (20-25 with tables)
  • Has a sink with counter and ice machine 
  • Phone access and computer hook-ups
  • TV/VCR (channel 4 for video),  flip chart w/markers, and extension cords
  • This room has a removable wall that opens up to 3-B (combined capacity 70)

Third Floor-B Conference Room - Room 3001

  • Capacity - 35 (20-25 with tables)
  • Built-in screen, phone access, and computer hook-ups
  • Large dry erase board with flip chart paper and cork board
  • TV/VCR, overhead projector, slide projector, flip chart w/markers, and extension cords
  • This room has a removable wall that opens up to 3-A (combined capacity 70)

Fourth Floor Conference Room - Room 4001

  • Capacity - 42 (20-30 with tables)
  • Small pull down screen
  • Dry erase board
  • Kitchen counter with sink
  • Phone access
  • Break area and vending machines directly outside
  • TV/VCR, overhead projector, slide projector, flip chart w/markers, and extension cords

All room capacities vary with the room setup

Ample time is required for all arrangements. All conference rooms and the KAS auditorium are ADA compliant.
