Harmful Algal Bloom Task Force
The Florida Harmful Algal Bloom Task Force was established in 1997 as an advisory body to specifically address harmful algal bloom (HAB) issues in Florida waters. Members include representatives from government, universities, and the public and private sectors. The Florida HAB Task Force was legislatively mandated in 1999.
